Legislative and Regulatory Agenda

Each year, BIA establishes a proactive business agenda through a four-step process that includes policy development roundtables throughout the state, a member survey, policy committee review, and board review and agenda setting. It is a four-month process beginning with the roundtables in June.

The outcome is a business agenda that reflects the chief challenges and concerns of New Hampshire’s business community. This agenda guides the BIA’s legislative efforts as we seek sensible solutions business challenges and respond to legislative proposals that may help or harm business in New Hampshire.
