The committee will review the list of LSRs (legislative service requests) and bills relating to the environment and begin to develop preliminary recommendations for BIA Policy Advisory Subcommittee consideration.

• Air Resources Update – Bob Scott, DES
DES Air Resources Director, Bob Scott, will provide the committee with updates on the ozone attainment rulemaking, particulate issues in Cheshire County and the renewal of the state’s OBD II contract.
